The Customer Experience Center (CEC) representative is responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls and making outgoing calls to assists offices in building their hygiene schedules. This position will provide convenience to new and existing patients with great responsiveness and friendly service in an effort to fill each offices hygiene schedule.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
High School Diploma. Dental experience a plus. Computer and phone skills necessary.

License and Certification Requirements
A valid Driver’s license

Work is performed in a standard office environment.
