The Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the networks, programs, projects, and strategies of Midwest Dental Support Center. This position works closely with members within the Information Technology (IT) Department and throughout Midwest Dental Support Center to solve customer issues.
Provides technology knowledge and technical support to customers
Coordinates and performs additions and changes to customer hardware and operating systems
Investigates, analyzes, installs, and tests IT solutions
Builds and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers and employees at all levels of the organization
Troubleshoots imaging equipment
Facilitates conversion of data from acquired offices
Assists in maintaining security privileges for all users
Provides assistance with system administration of all IT systems & infrastructure
Will be expected to perform any and all related duties as assigned by manager
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Three (3) year of experience providing support for networks, servers, programs, and systems using current technology and software. Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work is performed in a standard office environment or from home office. Travel to dental offices in division. Position requires up to 10% travel including overnight.
