    OUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER

    Our Customer Experience Center supports almost 200 dental practices across 16 states. Our CEC team is responsible for answering incoming customer phone calls to assists offices in building their hygiene schedules. This team provides convenience to new and existing patients with phenomenal responsiveness and friendly service in an effort to fill each offices hygiene schedule.

    Schedule (days/hours)

    Monday-Friday 8am-1pm

    Responsibilities

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Provide extraordinary customer experience
    • Enthusiastically answer customer phone calls and assist in scheduling hygiene appointments.
    • Returns voicemails promptly and courteously
    • Builds relationships with patients, clinic doctors, hygienists and all employees
    • Identifies areas of opportunity, and anticipates challenges
    • Be flexible and perform any and all related duties as assigned by manager

     

    Qualifications

    YOUR SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • High School Diploma.
    • Dental experience a plus.
    • Superior customer service skills, excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
    • Strong attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills
    • Maintains composure when dealing with unexpected challenges and competing demands
    • Strong computer skills
    • Self-directed working in a dynamic environment making decisions quickly and effectively
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
