Director of Development

We are looking for a talented Director of Development to help us double in size over the next 5 years! This position is responsible for expanding our brand and business footprint by executing dental practice partnership within assigned territory or markets. The primary focus of this role will be to build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, due diligence research, participate in investment valuations, negotiating transaction terms and contracts, and integrations planning. The Director of Development will work closely with the VP of Development to drive new partnerships. Additionally, this position is further responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with other key decision makers within the assigned territory and markets. Regional Focus of position: IL, IA, MO, KS & NM
NOTE: This is a remote position located in the Chicago metro area.
Work is performed in from home office. Travel to potential business partners in division. Position requires up to 50% travel including overnight.
