Call Coach – Customer Experience Center

Our Customer Experience Center supports over 200 dental practices across 17 states. Our CEC team is responsible for conducting outbound phone calls to assist offices in building their patient schedules. This team provides convenience to new and existing patients with phenomenal responsiveness and friendly service in an effort to fill each office's patient schedule.
The Call Coach is a first line resource for the CEC agents, providing assistance in order for the entire team to be successful. This position requires a mastery of customer service and core competency in technical skills with practice management software. The Call Coach is a role model to our agents and success will be measured by the effectiveness of 1:1 coaching sessions. The Call Coach’s primary responsibility is the success of the Team.
