    As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide office support through a variety of administrative responsibilities and create a positive experience for our internal and external customers.

    Schedule (days/hours)

    Monday - Friday

    Responsibilities

    • Provides clerical and administrative support to all levels of the organization
    • Schedules appointments, organizes meetings and maintains appointment/schedule of activities
    • Greets persons entering the organization in a friendly, professional manner and directs individuals to correct destination
    • Receives and screens all incoming telephone calls connecting them to appropriate personnel and responds independently when possible
    • Provides support to the Learning and Development team for various new employee orientation events
    • Arranges travel plans, itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings
    • Provides administrative support for the Bloomington office to include equipment management, mail distribution, shipping tasks and supply ordering
    • Supports on-site meetings and works with special projects as assigned
    • As a point of contact for various internal/external customer inquiries, effectively meets the need and/or proactively looks for appropriate resources/solutions
    • Supports communication with the dental practices including the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, and company events
    • Maintains professional and effective communication measures while supporting the mission and values of the organization 

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree in a related field (preferred) and one (1) or more years of administrative/customer service experience required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
    • Ability to operate office equipment
    • Ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, customer-centric, has excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrates good judgment, decision-making and professionalism
