    As a Patient Service Representative, you will be a member of our exceptional patient-oriented team. This is a busy, successful father/son general dentistry practice that offers very competitive pay and benefits.     Schedule (days/hours)

    Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:30 and Fridays 7:30-3



    • Greet and assist patients in person and via the telephone, as well as correspondence via email
    • Update patient charts and patient accounts
    • Schedule hygiene appointments efficiently
    • Ask for patient referrals
    • Process new patient paperwork and accounts
    • Review patient insurance eligibility
    • Create and maintain patient call list and utilize various scripting for patient communication
    • Confirm patient appointments
    • Prepare and process referrals
    • Process insurance submissions and pre-authorizations
    • Ensure office supplies are in stock as needed
    • Adhere to HIPAA privacy policy
    • Maintain a neat and professional environment
    • Maintain a calm, cheery demeanor at all times




    • High School Diploma
    • Front desk experience in a dental office.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • General business office equipment knowledge
    • Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy
    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively
    • Analytical skills
    • Dependability and reliability
    • CPR Certification (we will provide CPR training if not currently certified)
    • Experience with insurance
